Eastside South Central’s Airplane James, is a highly-talented singer, songwriter, and rapper who’s unique sound blazed the LA music scene, and hasn’t let up yet. Hit single, “FWU”, not only demonstrates his unique sound, but also shows us his versatility, pen game, and authentic story telling. When we spoke with him, he shared with us his experience and influences growing up on the East side of LA, what he personally means by “On Everything I Love”, family life, racial injustice, along with many other relatable topics.
Airplane James’ newest release, “On Everything I Love”, is an 11 track album that is not only a complete body of work but one that is so versatile, it gives you something you can both turn-up and chill-out to. The Diamond Lane Music Group artist continues to show us that his creative expression is truly one of a kind through undeniable, hard-hitting tracks such as “Impress Me” and “700 Horsepower”. Along with smoother tracks like “Glow up” and “Fearz”, there’s no doubt that real, authentic, full-sounding music is here to stay.
